First of all, thank you to everyone who took part in the yoga classes offered by me this summer. You are all amazing and each and every one of you has inspired me to continue to evolve as a human as I dive into life's newest adventures. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to share with you my deepest passions for movement and meditation. So once again... Thank you!
To continue your yoga practice at home, here are some online resources recommended by me...
Adriene Mishler provides authentic and knowledge-based yoga instruction with a gentle and non-intimidating approach. Adriene is very personable and her instruction is easy to follow. With hundreds of different yoga videos, Yoga with Adriene has something for everyone on her channel. I personally use Yoga with Adriene for my own practice and even for my teaching inspiration as well sometimes.

Do your best, be authentic and FIND WHAT FEELS GOOD. I got your back and this community rocks. Jump on in! You don't even have to leave your house. Love, Adriene"
Yoga Journal is a great resource for providing yoga inspiration and answering any yoga related questions that may arise. Yoga articles and online yoga classes are both available for free though Yoga Journal. Yoga Journal has been extremely helpful to me throughout my yogic journey in answering my yoga related questions.
"The ultimate destination for yoga pose how-tos, practice videos, meditation tricks, healthy lifestyle tips and more"
Pocket Yoga is a very helpful app for at-home yoga practices. Pocket Yoga allows it's users to research and build customized yoga routines geared specifically towards each individual's interests and/or needs.
Headspace is a free online source/app that provides easy and short guided meditations for beginner to advanced meditators. Headspace is an AWESOME resource for bringing our awareness back into the present moment and inspiring us to find our true inner contentment and inner peace.
Tanis Fishman was one of the three inspirational leaders of my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Calgary, AB. The meditation recordings provided by Tanis fit best under the category of Yoga Nidra (a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping). Through her recordings and teachings, Tanis provides guidance and techniques to help people quiet the mind, relax the body, shift brain states, and expand awareness as they connect with the peace, stillness and wisdom that is always available to them. I highly recommend Tanis's recordings to anyone who is looking for a meaningful meditation practice leading to expanded awareness and enhanced consciousness.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any further questions, and once again, THANK YOU!
The light in me honours and loves the light in you. Namaste, Jamie
